1. About the Event

The 2026 Verve Celebrity Softball Classic is a charitable, family-friendly entertainment and fundraising event organized in support of veterans and other participating charitable organizations. Event details, including date, time, venue, players, celebrities, sponsors, beneficiaries, activities, and programming, are subject to change.

The 2026 event is currently scheduled for Saturday, September 12, 2026, at Riders Field in Frisco, Texas. Final event details, gate times, player appearances, activations, rosters, sponsor benefits, and programming may be updated at any time.

2. Website Content

Admission to the event may be refused or revoked for violation of venue rules, unsafe behavior, disorderly conduct, intoxication, harassment, unlawful activity, security concerns, or failure to comply with event staff, venue staff, or law enforcement instructions.

5. Donations

Verve Forever Foundation makes reasonable efforts to direct charitable proceeds consistent with event purposes, campaign descriptions, and beneficiary participation. Nothing on this website should be interpreted as financial, tax, accounting, or legal advice. Donors should consult their own advisors regarding any potential tax treatment of donations.

6. Sponsorships

Sponsorship opportunities, benefits, pricing, recognition, inventory, hospitality, signage, digital placement, player access, logo placement, and promotional rights are subject to availability and written confirmation.

No sponsorship is final until accepted by Verve Forever Foundation or its authorized representatives and, where applicable, paid in full or governed by a written sponsorship agreement.

Sponsor benefits may be adjusted based on production needs, venue requirements, deadlines, artwork delivery, event changes, weather, or other operational conditions. Sponsor logos, brand names, and marks may be used for event promotion, sponsor recognition, and related materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Merchandise and Third-Party Vendors
